On a normal day Denise Milette will ship close to 50 packages, all from her garage. But for Milette the shipping business was something she stumbled into.

"My sister had a software company and they needed someone to ship out their demo products," says Milette. Milette took the job and found out there was a growing need for shipping companies who cater to on-line businesses, so she started her own, called We–fulfill.

Milette says, "As time went on I started networking, got a web site built, and then, eight years later I've got a client base of 15 customers." Things got so busy she hired an employee.
Katrina Learned is the operations manager and has been working for We–fulfill for three years.

Learned says, "Downloading all the orders, to printing them up, making labels, then I come right out here and package them all up and set them outside to be shipped." We–fulfill is now running at maximum capacity. Milette says, "Only because I'm maxed out in my warehouse." Milette didn't want to change locations so she is expanding her business in a different way; by helping others set up their own shipping business. Milette says, "I'm eliminating a lot of headaches that I had to go through."

Which means other businesses just like hers could be popping up around the valley. So is she worried about the new competition? "Not at all, says, Milette. “I don't have one customer in Grand Junction. My clients are from all over the world." Milette says there is nothing like owning your own business. Milette says, "Haven't looked back it’s just an awesome experience." But cautions others that's its not for everyone and it's not a get rich quick scheme. Milette says, "You will have to work and put effort into it."

While We–fulfill will keep shipping out the Mashuga nuts, they hope to help future entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams as well.
