For small business owners struggling with cash flow there's help on the way.

A new loan program was announced today by the U.S. Small Business Administration that could bring relief.

Starting June 15, the SBA will start guaranteeing America's Recovery Capital Program loans.

The loans are deferred–payment loans of up to $35,000 and are available to established small businesses that need short–term help dealing with existing debt.
