A coffee shop on a street corner is nothing out of the ordinary. Even a corner church seems standard. You might be hard pressed to find a coffee shop in a church on the corner. But there is one.

    As long as business and sales taxes are collected and all health dept rules are in place so this shop is not a health risk to the public or operating on a tax exempt basis.
