GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Brown bagging it is taking on a whole new meaning as a new sandwich shop opens its doors on Patterson Road.

Which Wich? Superior Sandwiches hosted a soft opening Monday.

The franchise currently has more than 100 locations in 20 states and is known for its creative ordering system. Customers pick a sandwich by number and then grab the corresponding brown bag. Then they can customize their order by writing on the bag.

From order to pick up, the process usually takes about five minutes. However, owners say to be patient as they are still working out the kinks. The Grand Opening is scheduled for early next month.

Which Wich? is located at the corner of 12th Street and Patterson Road.
