If the City is going to spend the money on the projects at least they have kept the money local by spending it in the community. Unlike St. Mary's and the college that hire out of town or even out of state company's to do the work that local companies could have done.

where does this word beautiful apply to the buildings referenced? are these the people that designed all the ridiculous round abouts in town? Are these the people that design expensive buildings that have an immense amount of wasted space? Why are they the go to company for governement contracts? Aren't there other local businesses that do the same type of work? Or does someone get kick backs from giving them all this work? Just some of my thoughts on the matter and I believe a lot of the projects around town have been a good way to waste money.

Big deal, this is the crap we said no to with our votes, but the city council is shoving down our throats. Who cares we already said no to this abomination. Blythe is what is going to happen to our wallets, because of this self- serving city council. This conniving city council needs to be tossed out on their dupa’s.

It would have been nice if St. Marys had gone with something more, I don't know, life-promoting? Coming in from the 5th Street bridge St. Marys looks like a huge gravestone.
