True Story - Nellie came in with her 15 year old aids after just going to her old specailist, because one aid was "dead". They attempted to clean it, but they said it was still dead and too old to repair. They could sell her a new pair, but she was not ready to buy yet. Nellie stopped in to see me while shopping at Wal-Mart. I did what the other office was not able to do. I repaired it in the office in 3 minutes while she waited. She is now hearing better han she has in years.
