CO Lawmakers: Mandate Healthcare?
Should everyone in Colorado be required to have health insurance? One lawmaker thinks so, and he's sponsoring a bill that would lay the groundwork for mandated healthcare.

    Such healthcare plans are actually a bit of a laugh, as the illegal immigrants will still clog up the waiting rooms and ER's anyway. They aren't going to be buying heathcare as required by law. They broke the law to enter this country. Why would they follow any such new laws about required healthcare coverage? Law abiding Americans will follow the new law concerning healthcare, but still suffer long waits at the doctor's office and in the emergency rooms, because illegal immigrants will still be there taking advantage of what's not theirs to benefit from. The need for more Spanish-speaking staff will help to drive up healthcare costs even more. It's a no-win situation.
