Forty-four thousand Regal Lager Phil and Teds Strollers are being voluntarily recalled because the strollers' hinge lock could cut you.

The company received nine reports from consumers who hurt their fingers while folding and unfolding the strollers. The recall includes the "e-3 single buggy", "e-3 twin buggy" and "sport v-1 single buggy strollers."

The consumer product safety commission says two babies were trapped and strangled in the crib. Officials say the bassinets have metal bars spaced farther apart than federal standards allow.
