Washington (AP) Members of Congress are going to resume their discussions on a massive bailout package for Wall Street.

Key Congressional players have arranged a fresh set of talks to begin at midday, and House Republicans have agreed to send a top leader to the closed-door session.

House GOP leaders had boycotted earlier negotiations on an emerging bipartisan agreement, calling it unacceptable.

Meanwhile, President Bush and Vice President Cheney are working the phones to lobby GOP lawmakers to support the 700-billion-dollar package.

New York Senator Charles Schumer says “we need to get the President to get the Republican House in order.”

Schumer also says Bush should “respectfully” tell John McCain to leave Washington, saying the republican presidential candidate isn't helping the situation. The comments refer to McCain's announcement earlier this week that he was suspending his campaign
to focus on the crisis.

McCain's campaign has now announced that he has decided to take part in tonight's debate at the university of Mississippi, then fly back to Washington to continue working on the financial crisis.
