Mexico's Health Minister says the worst of the Swine Flu outbreak is over.
Because of that the government will decide today whether to reopen businesses and schools or extend the shutdown.
The shutdown has helped choke off the spread of the virus but has caused untold economic harm.
At least 22 deaths have been linked to the Swine Flu in Mexico.
Newly confirmed cases elsewhere bring the global total of those sick to at least 1,000.
