WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) -- A Massachusetts lawyer accused of trying to entice underage boys into sex acts is scheduled to appear in court for a bail hearing.
Andrew Myers of Northbridge is expected to appear in U.S. District Court in Worcester on Thursday.
The 34-year-old Myers was arrested Tuesday on possessing child pornography and enticing minors to engage in illegal sex charges.
Myers was also a Boy Scout leader, a substitute middle school teacher, and once served on the town school committee.
Prosecutors say he communicated via email and Skype with a 12-year-old Larimer County, Colo., boy and allegedly enticed the boy to display sexual acts.
Authorities also allege Myers communicated via email with three minors in Massachusetts and offered to perform sexual acts on them.
His lawyer did not immediately return a message.
