Prosecution: Holmes made threats before rampage
Prosecutors say the suspect in the Colorado theater shooting made threats and was banned from the University of Colorado after failing a key exam six weeks before the rampage.

    Hes not insane he knew what he was gonna do hes playing with games with the lawyers , Judge And whom ever there is. HE IS PLAYING GAMES WITH YOU you all so he can get away with it come on hes fooling you all

      If he had been properly dealt with at the scene at the time, none of this would matter. It doesn't matter if he's insane or not, he should have been shot during the act. It should be "guilty by reason of insanity" not "innocent". He did the crime. Why? etc is not of salient interest as long as he acted alone. (Hmm, was there any responsible investigation into that?)
