    In the trucking industry, if you fail the background check, which you have to be subjected to every time you renew your drivers license, you are fired. Your employer does not help find you another job. This background check is required by LAW. I guess the bureaucrats don't have to play by the same rules, laws and regulations that they force the rest of us to play by.

    I would refuse a polygraph test requested by an employer. They are not accurate, thus non-admissable in court so why give the test.
