WOW WOWY WOW ..... This afternoon I had the great pleasure of watching the newest adaptation of a marvel comics title and that comic is IRON MAN. I was floored, It was everything I had expected and so much more. Tony Stark is played by none other than Robert Downey Jr. and I have to say "well done sir" Jon Favreau directs and from what I hear this is just the start...with this home run and two more Iron Man movies and a much anticipated film adaptation of the Avengers!!!!

The story is centered around industrialist and war profiteer Tony Stark; and after a near fatal encounter with a terrorist group using weapons that he designed Stark has a change of heart (note to fans *wink* wink*). He then decides to use his life to protect the Innocent. Well that starts a conflict with his right hand man Obadiah Stane (Jeff Bridges)who is hell bent on making profit on death and destruction.

The visual aspect of this movie is flawless. Great CGI work to say the least. The characters are very well acted and and the plot is wonderful...Favreau should be very proud of this movie and I can't wait to see more of this series!!!!

I recommend that you stick around and wait until after the credits are over and enjoy a bonus scene after the movie (Easter egg) I give this film a big 5 outta 5 stars and a big smile to polish it off. Iron Man playing at the Regal.
