Just how cold is it going to get this winter? Is it ever going to warm up? Well, instead of waiting around for the sun to warm things up again I'll opt to head up the mountain and heat things up on the slopes!

I hate being cold just as much as the next guy, but still... when I see those big white flakes falling from the sky and landing softly on the ground I can't help but think to get out my snowboard and head up to the mountain to take advantage of the fresh powder. And this year, I want to help you get up to the resorts and enjoy a bit of winter wonderland snowboarding or skiing as well.

As you may already know, I have been doing a segment the past couple of years called "11 Shreddin'" where we answer some of the most basic to the more technical questions on how to get from the top of the mountain back to the lift line on a snowboard and skis. And this year we want to do more of the same. This is your chance to ask the experts any question you would like to have answered about snowboarding OR skiing that could help you become a better rider on the snow.

In the space provided below, I want you to leave me your questions in the "comment" box. Then every Wednesday on "11 Shreddin'" we will be answering some of your questions on the air in hopes to teach you and all of the other viewers a little bit more on how to be a more successful snow rider.

If we choose your question to be answered by one of our experts, you will receive a free lift ticket to Powderhorn Resort to be used any time before the resort closes in the spring. Just remember... it is very important for you to INCLUDE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS where it asks for your e-mail address, otherwise we have no way of contacting you to give you the lift tickets. Also put your first AND last name in the space provided to enter your name.

So stop wondering when you will get on the mountain this winter and submit your question! And before you know it, I'll be seeing you on the slopes!

What happened to Sam Farnsworth? I haven't seen him on the air lately. I liked him a lot. I might switch over to the other guys if he is not coming back to your station. I like your news the best, but those new sports guys are kind of rough around the edges.

Last year I was skiing and broke my leg from hitting a tree. I was wondering how to ski through the trees smoothly and properly (with out hitting a tree).

1- any tips for getting off the lift without falling on my snowboard would be helpful 2- the other ? concerns the fact that my toe side edge turn is stronger than my heal side edge turn. What can I do to finish the heal side edge turn better?

Im not much into doing tricks. I usually just go down the hill as fast as I can. But I would like to start doing tricks. I would like know the best way to throw 360 off of the kicker.
