Reach out and reconnect with old friends

Don't wait to long to reach out and reconnect with old friends.

The kids are gone, the house is empty. Now is the perfect time to reconnect with old friends.

Just recently a close high school friend of mine died in a car accident. Even though I hadn’t seen him since high school, his death made me realize how important it is to keep in touch with old friends. The silver lining of this unfortunate accident was that it put me in contact with several girlfriends. Through many e-mails and phone conversations we have now set aside a date to spend a couple of days together in Beaver Creek. It will be nice to reminisce about the good old days. I didn’t realize how much I missed keeping in touch.

I urge you not to wait for a tragedy to bring you together with old friends. Instead, take a little time and do some reconnecting. It’s good for the soul!

Keep Smiling,

Debbie
