Warriors Provide Double Trouble Against Durango

GRAND JUNCTION - The Central Warriors went two for two on Friday night against the Durango Demons to grab a couple Southwestern League wins that are becoming increasingly valuable as the season winds down.

The boys bounced back from a 10 point fourth quarter deficit thanks to some sharp shooting from Sean Citlau. The senior guard knocked down two three's to kick start the Warrior rally. Clay Kame led Central with 13 points. Cody Derner added 11 in the win.

Mikayla Duffy gave the girls a three point lead with a three pointer as time ran out in the first half. The Warriors would never trail again. Amy Kame led all scorers with 17. Central extends their winning streak to 11 games with the victory.
