GOLDEN, Colo. - The Central Warriors girls basketball team's run at a state title came to an end on Thursday night when they lost to the number one team in the state, Highlands Ranch 94-46.

The Warriors advanced to the round of 16 when they beat Grandview at Central High School last Saturday night.

It was the final games in the high school careers of senior guard Alaina Brennan and senior forward Kaitlyn Grode.
