Danielle and Jessica Romine commit to Otero

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- After another great year at Central High School, Danielle Romine and Jessica Romine are ready to move on to college softball. The twin sisters signed a national letter of intent to play at Otero Junior College in La Junta, Colorado.

Surrounded by family and friends, both were relieved to finally make the decision and both look forward to playing for the Rattlers.

The two combined for 22 home runs, 79 RBI's and a .541 average this past fall.

They join their older sister, Rachel Romine, as well as Ashley Goletz, Tayler Else, and Mikayla Duffy as former Warriors who have commited to play softball at the collegiate level. Alexa Walters is also expected to make her announcement on Tuesday to play softball at Dodge City.
