Fruita Monument pulls out a couple wins on senior night

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Fruita Monument girls and boys ended their 2010-2011 home schedule with a couple big wins over the Central Warriors on Tuesday night.

The FMHS boys (16-6, 9-0) defeated the Warriors 60-39 on the back of Alex Padgett and Drew Bridges. Padgett was the leading scorer with 24 points and Bridges had 16 with two dunks.

The Wildcat girls (14-8, 7-2) dominated Central 68-19. Lauren LaBonde had a game-high 18 and Taylor Johnson followed with 16.
