GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Central Warriors have started the season 0-2, but there have been great signs of improvement from a team that won just three games all of last season.
On Friday, they will take on the Fort Collins Lambkins at 4 p.m. at Stocker Stadium. The reason for the early game time is to make room for the Grand Junction Tigers and Standley Lake game at 8 p.m.
Last year, the Warriors traveled to Fort Collins and lost 42-7. In that game, quarterback Taylor Sanchez did not play due to a concussion.
