According to a press release from Mesa County, the discount cards are accepted at most Mesa County pharmacies, including: Albertson's, City Market, K-Mart, Rite Aid, Safeway, Sam's Club, Target, Walgreen's, Walker Drugs, and Wal-Mart.
The release also says the cards can be used for pet medications (as long as the drugs are covered for humans). Pet owners simply take a prescription from their veterinarian to the pharmacy with their discount card, and the pharmacist will fill it the same way they would for a person.
