Local students are buzzing with new knowledge about energy.

High Noon Solar hosted an energy fair for students on Wednesday.

About 200 students from Mount Garfield and West Middle schools participated.

The owner of High Noon Solar says it’s a great way to teach students about new energy technology, like wind, solar, and thermal energy.

This is High Noon Solar's fourth annual renewable energy fair for middle school students.

Students say it was fun to get a hands–on lesson in how electrical technology works.
