Young Einsteins spend the day learning neat science stuff

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - There are a bunch of smartie pants at Mesa View Elementary School.

The school held its 2nd annual Young Einstein Day, a science learning event put on by volunteer older students and parents.

The volunteers put together science projects for the students to take part in and learn from.

11 News Meteorologist James Hopkins was there to teach the kids about weather as well.
