GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - How often does someone say it is a great idea for you to spend the day golfing? On April 18, it will be.

It's OK that day because the Riverside Educational Center is having its annual fundraising golf tournament to raise money for its non-profit program.

Each day, it gives kids having a hard time learning at home a chance to excel. The center is full of local students from kindergarten through high school working hard after a full day of classes to get their grades up.

Now, they need you to bring your golf game to keep the center alive.
