Cooking Southwest Egg Casserole with "Green Eggs and Let's Get Hammered"

INGREDIENTS:
2 LBS hot sausage cooked and crumbled
6 large eggs
4 small cans Ortega green chilies
1C shredded Monterey Jack
1C shredded Cheddar
1 ½ C milk
4T flour

INSTRUCTIONS:
Put sausage in 9”x13” pan
Mix flour with ¼ C of milk the blend in the eggs and rest of the milk
Layer the chili and cheese over sausage
Pour egg/milk mixture over layers
Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes
