Frank's Hot Chicken Dip

Join us in the KKCO 11 News kitchen with local authors of "Green Eggs and Let's Get Hammered" making a delicious dip. This simple and cheesy dip has just the right amount of kick and would be the hit of any get together.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
- 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 6 oz hot sauce (Frank's or Tabasco)
- 1 lg can chicken, flaked
- 1 C cheddar chesse, shredded

Instructions:
- Blend the first three ingredients until smooth.
- Add chicken and cheese.
- Place in shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve with beer bread, tortilla chips, or crackers.
