Powerful Micro Burst Hits Nucla

Grand Junction, CO.- Folks in Nucla are cleaning up after a micro burst hit the area hard.

Take a look at these photos sent to us from Susan Culver with the San Miguel Basin Forum News Paper.

In only ten minutes it took down garages, power lines, and flooded homes and basements.

Huge trees were uprooted and tossed like nothing.

Though the damage is quite extensive no injuries have been reported.

    this was a terrible sight to watch. Your little town of nucla was almost blown away. The experience was something that this town will never forget.
