GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The registration deadline for the 4th Annual Jam for Sam basketball tournament has been extended until Wednesday, April 4th.
Fill out the form listed above to register your team of 3 or 4 for the Sam Safken Foundation's 3-on-3 tournament.
The deadline was lengthened from it's original date of March 29th in order to afford more teams the opportunity to join in on the fun. If your team signs up after March 30th you can still enter the tourney at the original price, however your team will not be eligible to receive complimentary gift bags.
