Due to Superbowl coming this Sunday the ladies and special guest join us with a mouth watering classic beef and veggie soup. Ingredients:
- 5 1/2 C beef broth
- 2 C beef, cooked & crumbled
- 1 1/2 C onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 C carrots, chopped
- 1 1/2 C potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 1 1/2 C celery, sliced
- 1/2 C barley
- 1/4 t dried rosemary
- 1/4 t dried oregano
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a slow cooker or Dutch oven combine all ingredients
- Bring to a boil
- Cover and simmer 60 minutes. (Until veggies and barley are tender)
- Salt and pepper to taste
