GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- Dinosaur Journey in Fruita is raising money for their own 4x4 truck to haul fossils and equipment to and from dig sites and the museum, according to officials.

Their goal is $30,000.

The paleontology field crew has used volunteer vehicles in the past but Julia McHugh, Museums of Western Colorado Curator of Paleontology says, “[W]e are forever grateful to our volunteers and their willingness to sacrifice their personal transmissions for the Museum, it is time to do our own heavy lifting and moving at the dinosaur quarries."

The Razoo Fund campaign they've set up accepts credit card and PayPal contributions.
