Decadent Chocolate Fondue

Pound Cake Cubes
4 oz Strawberries
2 tsp Orange Juice
2 TBS Sugar
8 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
1 TBS Butter
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 TBS Cabernet Sauvignon
1 c Heavy Cream
Peel and cut the banana into bite size bits. Core and peel the apple into bite into thin slices. Hull the strawberries. Place each in a small plate and drizzle the orange juice over the bananas and apple bites, wrap the plates with plastic wrap and refrigerate all until serving.
In a medium saucepan, mix together the sugar, heavy cream and butter over low heat until warm and all combined. While the mixture is heating, finely chop the chocolate and add to the heated mixture, stirring constantly until chocolate is almost melted all the way. Pull off heat and whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
Whisk in the vanilla extract and cabernet sauvignon.
Transfer to a Fondue Pot and keep warm.
Serve with cut fruit, pound cake cubes with bamboo skewers or appetizer forks.
