Roasted Brussels Sprouts


2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, cleaned, trimmed and dried
8 strips of bacon, crisped and crumbled
kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


1. Preheat oven to 400 deg.
2. On a large rimmed baking sheet, drizzle trimmed Brussels sprouts with about 2 TBSP of the bacon grease, and sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper
3. Roast sprouts for about 35-40 minutes or until richly brown and golden
4. Toss sprouts with bacon, sprinkle with apple cider vinegar and Parmesan and serve immediately.
