MACK, Colo. (KKCO) - 11 News sat down with up-and-coming country trio Stealing Angels before they hit the Country Jam stage Friday.

Stealing Angels is made up of Tayla Lynn (granddaughter of country legend Loretta Lynn), Jennifer Wayne (granddaughter of movie star John Wayne) and Caroline Cutbirth (descendant of Daniel Boone).

11 News: Why are folks going to remember Stealing Angels after Country Jam and when your debut CD comes out later this year?

Tayla: It's that butt dance we do! We bring some hillbilly butt dancing -- they ain't gonna ever be able to forget it. We might do some splits, we got us some awesome harmonies in there. We're just gonna do it "ter" it.

Caroline: "Der" it 'ter" it! That's right! "Der" it "ter" it! Remember that!

11 News: Speaking of "der"-ing it "ter" it, I understand that one of you has a made-up language. Who wants to explain that?

Tayla: You know what? Shirley Q Liquor and Medea, they say "heller, how ya derin?" And I'm actually a recovering alcoholic, so my addict takes control of everything. And I just got obsessive on it, and then Jenn and Caroline like to bring it alive to anything exciting.

Caroline: We picked it right up. Heller, how ya dering? Ya know you want ter!

Jennifer: Heller, we lurv ya!

Tayla: We made up some words -- "sturp" which is for stupid.

Jennifer: "Sursh" -- we love sushi.

Caroline: "Sar" and "par", which is sorry and pardon.

Tayla: "Scurse" which is excuse me. I can't believe we're talking about this! (laughs)

11 News: Listening to country music today, you have artists like Carrie Underwood singing a song about slashing her man's tires, you've got Miranda Lambert doing a video where she literally burns down a guy's house, and you guys have a song called "He Better Be Dead." So is it dangerous to date female country singers?

Caroline: Yes!

Jennifer: No! We actually still love this boy.

Caroline: Be scared is what I say! Be scared!

Tayla: The man that we wrote it about is still my boyfriend. He calls ALL the time now! This song -- he didn't call me back for three days and I was worried.

Jennifer: We're just keeping him in check!

Tayla: But we're not haters, we're lovers! We're funny I think!

Caroline: It's a funny song. You can definitely tell it's tongue-in-cheek. We're just mad females, I mean, dude needs to call!

Tayla: And he does now!
