MACK, Colo. (KKCO) - Monday the campground at Country Jam cleared out and the only thing left to do was clean up.
Collbran Job Corp had the bulk of the clean-up under control. Beginning bright and early at 8 a.m. and finishing up around 3 p.m. They canvassed the widespread grounds in groups, making to sure to not leave any trash behind.
"Clean up has been good. It's been really smooth. I don't think there's as much trash in this main area as there has been," says Ernie Shrope, Collbran Job Corp supervisor.
Clean up supervisors say they've been able to recycle more trash this year than they have in past years at Country Jam and they thank Country Jammers for that.
