The Central Warriors and the Delta Panthers now know which teams they will be playing in the opening round of the 5A and 4A State Softball Tournaments.

The Warriors (19-3) drew the ninth seed and will face number eight Ralston Valley (14-7) on Friday morning at 10:00. The winner will move on to face the winner between top seed Rocky Mountain (20-1) and 16th seed Standley Lake (13-9).

In the 4A bracket, the Delta Panthers (12-10) drew the 16th seed and will take on number one Wheat Ridge (19-2) at 10:00 on Friday morning. The winner will face the winner between number eight Conifer (14-6) and numbe nine Pueblo South (15-6) in the second round.
