Panthers win 8th straight, advance in 3A playoffs

DENVER (KKCO) -- Pueblo Central can't be happy with having to face the Delta Panthers next week.

#9 Delta (9-2) beat the #8 D'Evelyn Jaguars 14-6 in the opening round of the 3A playoffs on Saturday afternoon in Denver. The Panthers have now won their last eight games after starting the season 1-2.

The Panthers will host next weeks matchup with the Wildcats.
