GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Delta Panthers swept the last double-header of the season from Moffat County.

In game one, Delta mercy-ruled MC 14-2. Garren Atchley hit a long home run to left field for the Panthers in the third inning to give Delta a 6-2 lead. Ethan Kraai pitched and got the win.

In game two, Austin Watson pitched in and out of some mini jams and the Panthers won 7-5. The Bulldogs scored four runs in the seventh in an effort to make a comeback, but they fell short.

Delta ends the season at 13-5 overall and 11-3 in league.
