GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Central Warriors sent the Durango Demons to overtime but dropped this Saturday afternoon game 2-1.
The Demons had plenty of scoring opportunities in the first half but were able to just get one goal from Trace Whitley. Central's best scoring chance came on a penalty kick by Brady Carroll, but Casey Franklin blocked the kick.
The Warriors tied the game in the second half, but the Demons had the final word.
