Rover notches his first coaching win

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Delta Panthers gave Marty Rover his first high school coaching victory with a 10-2 win over Emery.

Michael Patton got the win pitching four innings of two-run ball off of two hits and seven strikeouts. Garren Atchley's two-run single in the fourth broke the game wide open for Delta giving them a 5-2 lead.

The Panthers will play two more on Saturday starting at 1:45 p.m.
