Rover set for first year as Delta head coach

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- Less than a year ago, Marty Rover was a Mesa State Maverick catcher under head coach Chris Hanks. Today, Rover has taken his first coaching job as the head coach of the Delta Panthers.

Rover will try to bring the Panthers back to 2009 form when they won the 4A WSL. Rover has never coached at any level, but he has the support of many former coaches and his current players. For the complete story, click on the video link above.
