Fort Collins, Colo. (AP) -- Colorado revenue agents have seized a
Fort Collins warehouse and call center over allegations business
operators failed to pay taxes and lied on income tax returns. State revenue agents posted a notice saying Colorado is owed at least $50,000 in back taxes from the companies. According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, the building is owned by a Colorado Springs-based company that is not connected to the businesses. Building's owner John Cockson of Colorado Springs says the shutdown is hurting other businesses that need services and products that are in the building.
