Los Angeles (AP) Diablo Cody has gone from stripper to Oscar-winning writer. She won for writing “Juno.”

Now that she's an Oscar-winner, that doesn't mean reporters will stop asking about her earlier job as a stripper. If she had a quarter for every time she's asked about it, Cody says she “would probably pay off everybody in the journalism world to not mention it again.”

Then again, she says, “No. It's all right” because she's “always been very open” about her past.
