Los Angeles (AP) It doesn't sound like James Doohan will be rolling over in his grave when Simon Pegg plays Scotty in the new “Star Trek” movie.

Pegg says he approached the role like Doohan did, as “a bit of a brawler.” The new movie focuses on the characters when they were younger. If it's a hit, pegg is signed up to star in two more of them.
