Orlando, Fla. (AP) It's sentencing day for Wesley Snipes.

Prosecutors are pushing for three years in prison and a five million dollar fine for the action star's conviction on tax charges. Snipes is asking for probation.

Snipes was acquitted in February of five of eight counts including felony fraud and conspiracy charges that each carried up to five years in prison. But he was convicted of three lesser charges of willful failure to file a return.
