Los Angeles (AP) Another record for the latest Batman movie. It's now 300 mil and counting for “The Dark Knight.”

The new Batman movie tops the 300 million dollar mark in just 10 days, topping the previous record set in 2006 by “Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.”

This weekend, “The Dark Knight” brought in another 75.6 million. Some Hollywood insiders think “The Dark Knight” could even sink “Titanic” as the biggest money-maker ever.

The new comedy from Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly, “Step Brothers,” opens in second this weekend. “Mamma Mia!” drops to third.
