Two felons busted for dealing meth

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) It happened late Saturday night. Police say they pulled over a car for failing to come to a complete stop at the intersection of Mae street and D 3/4 road in Grand Junction. Upon searching a woman's purse in the car, they found meth. 25 year old Tracy Wright was arrested for unlawful distribution of a schedule two controlled substance, a class three felony, among other felony charges. Wright's boyfriend, 47 year old Carl Avery, was arrested for unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing, sale or possession, among other felony charges. The couple admitted they were on their way to sell the drugs.
