GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) It happened around 3 pm in the area of 29 1/2 Road and Orchard in Grand Junction. We're told deputies received a tip of 30 Kelvin Ruybal driving a red Ford Taurus with Nebraska plates. Ruybal is a wanted man with two felony warrants; one for theft, and one for criminal mischief.

Officials say he man sped through a nearby neighborhood after deputies tried to stop him. The chase was called off.

We're told Ruybal parked the car on 24th Street between Gunnison and Ouray. He then took off on foot.

Officers went door to door looking for him, but were unsuccessful. He remains on the loose.

Ruyball is a hispanic male, 5"9, 205 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt and pants.

It's unknown if he's armed and dangerous.

If you have any information on Ruyball's whereabouts, call police.

US immigration policy is working well. Two stories on two local news sites with criminal activity the product of "latinos". When you have the character to commit the crime of coming to the US illegally, your character does not change and you continue to be a criminal in the US.
