According to the Colorado State Patrol, one man was knocked unconscious. He suffered serious brain injuries. The other man suffered internal injuries. One is in critical condition, the other in serious condition.
State troopers say both men were intoxicated. We're told the driver had a revoked license from a previous dui arrest, and also had a warrant out for his arrest.
Officials say charges could be pending.
The accident is under investigation.
