1 cup each, shortening and peanut butter
1 cup each, sugar and brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups White Lily self-rising flour
Cream together the shortening, peanut butter and sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla. Add flour gradually and mix well. Shape into about 1" balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls with a fork to form a criss-cross. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 deg. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
